Web Login Instructions

Web Conferencing allows you to share your presentations and documents on the Internet with your participants. Anyone with an Internet connection may view the documents during the call.

Moderator Instructions for web conferencing

  1. If you are a first time moderator please click here to install the web controls.  If you are a returning moderator please skip to step 2.
  2.  Click on the  icon in your start up tray on the bottom right hand side of your screen.
  3. Select the option "Enter Conference Manager"


  4. On the left side navigation menu click the "Start" button next to Ad Hoc meeting to launch a meeting instantly, or click on the "Scheduled Meetings" link to start a previously scheduled meeting.




  1. Click here for Participant Access.
  2. Enter the Meeting Room Number, click Join Live Meeting (you do not need to enter the * key).
  3. Enter Name and click Join Live Meeting.
